Founder

James A.Croson

Jim founded J.A. Croson in 1959 and grew it into one of the Midwest’s largest plumbing and HVAC contractors. His vision expanded to Florida in 1979, laying the foundation for today’s company, now serving Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas. Jim built more than a business he built a legacy of trust, craftsmanship, and growth that continues to guide J.A. Croson.”

David Croson

With over 30 years in the construction industry, Dave leads J.A. Croson strategic growth and leadership development. A licensed professional engineer and Purdue graduate, he has overseen projects from the 750-room Wyndham Hotel to Disney’s Art of Animation. His managerial and engineering expertise ensures J.A. Croson delivers the quality and innovation clients rely on.

Paul Croson

Paul brings over 20 years of field and project experience to his role as Director of Estimating at J.A. Croson. Known for his results-driven approach, he combines plumbing expertise with big-picture construction knowledge to deliver accurate estimates and lasting value. His leadership also drives safety, quality, and productivity across our operations.

Taki Spinos

Taki began his journey with J.A. Croson in 1984 and, over more than 40 years, has become a cornerstone of the company’s success. As Vice President, he brings unmatched expertise in field operations, project supervision, plumbing design, and value engineering always driven by a passion for craftsmanship and excellence. Known for his sharp eye in quality control, manpower planning, and logistics, Taki’s leadership continues to elevate J.A. Croson reputation and inspire the entire team.

Aggelos Haralampopoulos

Chief Financial Officer

With over a decade of dedication to J.A. Croson, Aggelos has been instrumental in driving the company’s financial integrity and growth. A Stetson University graduate with a degree in Finance and Management, he went on to earn an MBA, sharpening his expertise in business leadership. As CFO, Aggelos combines financial strategy with approachable leadership guiding a strong office team, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring J.A. Croson long-term stability and success.

HVAC Division Manager

Bobby Hedrick

A proud Auburn University graduate, Bobby brings over 40 years of industry experience to his role as HVAC Division Manager. Since joining J.A. Croson in 1999, he has been instrumental in founding and growing the HVAC division into a cornerstone of our operations. Known for his meticulous approach to quality control, strategic material management, and disciplined oversight, Bobby consistently delivers superior results. His advocacy for value engineering has strengthened efficiency while elevating J.A. Croson reputation as a leader in the HVAC industry.”
