James A. Croson
Jim founded J.A. Croson L.L.C. in 1959 and grew it into one of the Midwest’s largest plumbing and HVAC contractors. His vision expanded to Florida in 1979, laying the foundation for today’s company, now serving Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas. Jim built more than a business he built a legacy of trust, craftsmanship, and growth that continues to guide J.A. Croson L.L.C.

David Croson
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Dave leads J.A. Croson L.L.C.’s strategic growth and leadership development. A licensed professional engineer and Purdue University graduate, he has overseen major projects ranging from the 750-room Wyndham Hotel to Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. His engineering and operational expertise continue to drive the quality, innovation, and trusted performance clients have come to expect from J.A. Croson L.L.C.
Paul Croson
Paul brings over 30 years of field and project experience to his role as President and Director of Estimating at J.A. Croson L.L.C. Known for his results-driven approach, he combines extensive plumbing expertise with broad construction knowledge to deliver accurate estimating, strategic planning, and long-term value across every project. His leadership continues to strengthen safety, quality, productivity, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Taki Spinos
Taki began his journey with J.A. Croson L.L.C. in 1984 and, over the past four decades, has become a cornerstone of the company’s success. As Vice President, he brings unmatched expertise in field operations, project supervision, plumbing design, and value engineering, all driven by a passion for craftsmanship and excellence. Known for his sharp eye for quality control, manpower planning, and logistics, Taki’s leadership continues to strengthen J.A. Croson L.L.C.’s reputation while inspiring the entire team.
Aggelos Haralampopoulos
With over a decade of dedication to J.A. Croson L.L.C. Aggelos has been instrumental in driving the company’s financial integrity and strategic growth. A Stetson University graduate with a degree in Finance and Management, he later earned his MBA, further strengthening his expertise in business leadership and operations. As CFO, Aggelos combines financial strategy with approachable leadership, guiding a strong office team, fostering a positive company culture, and helping ensure J.A. Croson L.L.C.’s long-term stability and continued success.
Bobby Hedrick
Bobby Hedrick, a proud Auburn University graduate, brings over 50 years of industry experience to his role as HVAC Division Manager at J.A. Croson L.L.C. Since joining the company in 1999, he has played a key role in establishing and growing the HVAC division into a cornerstone of the company’s operations. Known for his meticulous approach to quality control, strategic material management, and disciplined project oversight, Bobby consistently delivers superior results. His commitment to value engineering and operational efficiency continues to strengthen J.A. Croson L.L.C.’s reputation as a leader in the commercial HVAC industry.
